Welcome to Flywheel Kinetics.
I started Flywheel Kinetics because too many dealers were asking for help adapting to a new way of marketing and selling to their “new” customer. This company and what I offer was built by demand to leverage my 15 years in the Powersports industry and work with a 100+ dealerships.
I started in the Powersports industry in 2006 as a front-line low level employee at a Harley-Davidson dealership in Missouri. There was no Facebook or Instagram. No video content strategy. No dealership-specific marketing team or strategic plan. Just an ad budget thrown at radio and billboards. Sales and marketing operated in literally different buildings. When I left that dealership I had a team of 15 people working under me in the Rider Services department. I spent two years helping dealerships on the west coast optimize their marketing plans as a Dealer Marketing Consultant working for the Harley-Davidson Motor Co. I spent four years dialing in the marketing and sales technology, processes, automation strategy and reporting at a Harley-Davidson dealership in California. This dealership went from Bronze to Platinum status in three years. Their team is now kept busy with a non-stop flow of qualified leads. They sell more motorcycles, make more money and see higher CXI results with half the number of employees.
