Born out of a "long-time-coming" need

... and propelled into existence by an economic crisis and a global pandemic, Flywheel Kinetics formalizes the marketing consultations and conversations I have been executing for the past decade. It’s mission is to specialize in building marketing infrastructure through customer journey mapping that pairs untapped markets with optimized sales. And as its first owner, manager and janitor, I am excited to finally be taking this step towards solidifying my foothold in this niche of the marketing world.

In my fifteen years in the Powersports industry I have worked in all capacities of sales and marketing from corporate consulting to the distribution channel as a “one man band”. I began my marketing career in an age where social media was new and revolutionary. The internet was beginning to mold the way things were bought and sold. I’ve carefully watched new trends and launched new platforms. I’ve learned from some of the tried-and-true sales and marketing professionals. My entrepreneurship spirit was stoked upon graduating from the Entrepreneurship Capstone program at Webster University’s School of Business in 2009 and it continued through my work with hundreds of small businesses since. I have learned, tested and proved that in order to sell something today you need to have a one-on-one conversation with a person. In order for that conversation to be genuine, sustainable  and meaningful for both, you need to know as much as you can about them and they need to know as much as they can about you. With inbound marketing, customers can learn organically about the benefits of doing business with a particular company. With flywheel concepts a business can remove critical points of friction to produce an effective sales-generating machine. Both can be implemented to scale exceptional long-term relationships.

Flywheel Kinetics is about connecting with and partnering with organizations that are looking to revolutionize the connection between sales and marketing. Many companies face the age-old dilemma of bringing sales and marketing on to the same page. Each has a different idea of a good lead, who the customer is and what it takes to make the sale. Flywheel Kinetics is primed to put the customer at the center and map out their journey. Then to bring sales and marketing teams into alignment on what exists and what needs to be built for both teams in order to scale revenue growth and satisfied customers.
